Summary: We have been to Maldives the 3rd time now and stayed only in 5 star hotels. I would not stay at hard rock again. Poor choice for a 5 star expectation. Poor veg food. Customer service and attention to detail was lacking. Yes the staff are enthusiastic but lacking common sense at times. Conflict resolution skills need sharpening alongside how to Make it up to an Upset customer.

Summary: We stayed at Silver Sky Studio for 3 nights and Diamond Overwater Villa for 2 more nights. Everything was perfect; the overwater villas, the sea, the nature, the food, all were fantastic. Kishmore helped us during our check-in and check-out. Him and all other band members were very kind to us throughout our stay. There was a big variety of retaurants and we tried to taste most of them. Using the application Stay was helpful to be in sync with what's going on every day. The sea, the fish, tye sky and all the colors were very beautiful, even better than how they look in the promotional photos. The only rexommendation I can give would be to have better speed of internet. The wifi was very slow indeed. I would very much like to come back to this resort in the future. 5 days were definitely not enough for Maldives and Hard Rock.
